At Beach site , my observations were that the atmosphere is defined not only by sight and sound but profoundly by smell. The drying fish racks, the salty air, the narrow alleys between homes — all shape an invisible yet dominant presence. Wind becomes the carrier of these shifting smell which Is dynamic, sometimes refreshing, sometimes overwhelming, always changing with season and climate. The walls of houses trap or release these sensory layers, creating pockets of intensity or relief. A shelter here cannot be static; it must breathe. It should invite wind circulation, filter or release smell, and adapt like a dynamic structure attuned to weather and time and could be in fragments connecting together the different experience of space according to smell .
